Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain secure IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems.
- Monitor and enhance IP security protocols to protect against cyber threats, unauthorized access, and data breaches.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to deploy and troubleshoot IT projects, ensuring alignment with security best practices.
- Conduct regular vulnerability assessments and penetration testing to identify and mitigate risks.
- Manage user access controls, firewalls, and encryption standards to safeguard sensitive information.
- Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving infrastructure-related issues promptly.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks in accordance with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, NIST).
- Optimize system performance, scalability, and reliability through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure engineering, with a focus on network security, IP security, or cybersecurity.
- Proficiency in firewall management, VPN configurations, intrusion detection/prevention systems (IDS/IPS), and endpoint security solutions.
- Hands-on experience with Windows/Linux server administration, virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and security frameworks (e.g., Zero Trust, SIEM).
- Certifications such as CISSP, CEH, CompTIA Security+, CCNA Security, or equivalent are highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
