Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain server, network, and cloud infrastructure to ensure high availability and performance.
- Perform system backups, recovery, and disaster preparedness procedures.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
- Implement and manage security protocols, firewalls, and access controls to safeguard IT assets.
- Collaborate with global teams to deploy, configure, and upgrade IT systems as needed.
- Document infrastructure changes, incidents, and resolutions for future reference.
- Provide technical support to end-users and internal teams during assigned shifts.
- Participate in on-call rotations for critical system outages and emergencies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure administration, including servers, networks, and cloud services.
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux server administration and virtualization technologies (VMware, Hyper-V).
- Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN) and troubleshooting tools.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud) is a plus.
- Familiarity with IT security best practices and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 27001).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in a shift-based environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities, with fluency in English.
