Join a cutting-edge data center project in Bali as a Senior Project Manager (Energy Marshal), specializing in safe electrical energization and switching operations. This critical role ensures seamless, risk-controlled power management for high-availability infrastructure, adhering to Lockout-Tagout (LOTO) protocols, local/regional regulations, and industry best practices.
As the Energy Marshal, you will lead cross-functional teams to execute complex electrical switching sequences, mitigate hazards, and guarantee compliance with OSHA, NFPA 70E, and Indonesian electrical safety standards. Your expertise will directly impact the reliability and safety of mission-critical data center operations in one of Southeast Asia’s fastest-growing tech hubs.

Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all electrical energization, de-energization, and switching activities for data center infrastructure, ensuring zero-incident operations.
- Develop and enforce LOTO (Lockout-Tagout) procedures in compliance with international and local safety regulations.
- Coordinate with engineering, operations, and safety teams to plan and execute high-voltage switching sequences with precision.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for electrical hazards, including arc flash and shock protection.
- Maintain detailed documentation of all switching operations, including permits, logs, and compliance reports.
- Train and mentor on-site personnel on electrical safety protocols, emergency response, and equipment handling.
- Ensure regulatory adherence to Indonesian electrical codes (e.g., PLN standards) and international frameworks (e.g., NFPA 70E, IEEE).
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation to deliver energization milestones on schedule.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, or a related field; PE (Professional Engineer) license or equivalent certification preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in electrical project management, with at least 2 years in data centers or high-voltage environments.
- Certified in LOTO, NFPA 70E, or similar electrical safety standards; OSHA 30 is a plus.
- Proven expertise in high-voltage switching (up to 34.5kV), substation operations, and power distribution systems.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian electrical regulations (PLN, Ketenagalistrikan) and international compliance standards.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills to manage cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and arc flash studies.
- Willingness to work on-site in Badung, Bali for the contract duration (relocation support may be provided).
