Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end Workday HCM, Payroll, or Financials implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for clients.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver scalable Workday configurations.
- Provide expert guidance on best practices for Workday modules, including Core HCM, Recruiting, Compensation, and Benefits.
- Develop and execute test plans, ensuring system integrity and compliance with business needs.
- Train end-users and administrators on Workday functionalities and workflows.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex Workday-related issues, optimizing system performance.
- Document processes, configurations, and customizations for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Finance, IT, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., Workday Pro) are a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Workday Consultant, with at least 2+ years in a senior or lead role.
- Proven track record of successful Workday implementations (HCM, Payroll, or Financials) in mid-to-large organizations.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, business workflows, and integration methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a contract-based, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with Workday Studio, EIB, or Report Writer is highly desirable.
- Willingness to relocate or work on-site in Bali, Indonesia (remote options may be considered).
