Responsibility
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Assist in the maintenance and optimization of IT infrastructure, including servers, databases, and cloud services.
- Collaborate with development teams to deploy and manage software applications.
- Monitor system performance and implement security measures to protect company data.
- Configure and maintain user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Document IT processes, policies, and procedures for internal reference.
- Participate in IT projects, including system upgrades, migrations, and integrations.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (junior candidates with internships or projects are welcome).
- Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking, and cybersecurity principles.
- Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Python, Bash) and database management (SQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
- Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified are a plus.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali or work remotely with occasional on-site visits.
