Responsibility
- Lead the design, implementation, and maintenance of enterprise applications, ensuring alignment with business objectives and IT strategies.
- Manage and optimize SharePoint environments, including site collections, libraries, lists, and workflows to enhance collaboration and productivity.
- Develop and maintain reporting workflows, ensuring accurate and timely data delivery to support decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend IT solutions that drive efficiency and innovation.
- Oversee system integrations, ensuring seamless connectivity between various enterprise applications and third-party systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and implement solutions to enhance scalability, reliability, and security.
- Provide training and support to end-users, ensuring effective adoption and utilization of enterprise applications.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, recommending upgrades and enhancements to keep our IT infrastructure at the forefront.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT, with a focus on enterprise applications, ERP systems, and SharePoint management.
- Proven experience in analyzing business requirements, designing solutions, and implementing IT projects.
- Strong knowledge of SharePoint administration, development, and workflow automation.
- Proficiency in SQL, reporting tools, and data analysis techniques.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or SharePoint are a plus.
