Responsibility
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver technical projects on time and within budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and budgets using Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams, stakeholders, and clients to ensure alignment on project goals.
- Identify and mitigate project risks while proactively resolving issues to keep projects on track.
- Oversee technical documentation, ensuring clarity and accuracy for all project deliverables.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of collaboration and innovation.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to recommend strategic improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technical Project Manager in the IT or digital industry.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (Jira, Trello, Asana, or similar).
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, or CSM are a plus.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-friendly environment.
