Responsibility
- Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring software development projects from initiation to completion.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA testers, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Track project progress, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
- Facilitate communication between stakeholders, clients, and internal teams to ensure alignment and transparency.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including timelines, budgets, and status reports.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to senior management and clients.
- Ensure projects adhere to best practices in software development, including Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Contribute to process improvements and tool optimization for project management efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in project coordination, project management, or a similar role in software development.
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or other project management methodologies.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with diverse teams.
- Basic understanding of software development processes and terminology.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, or Microsoft Project.
- Ability to work independently and remotely while maintaining productivity and accountability.
- Certifications such as PMP, CAPM, or CSM are a plus but not required.
