Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze procurement data to identify trends, cost-saving opportunities, and supplier performance metrics.
- Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs to track procurement efficiency, spend analysis, and contract compliance.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and operations teams to ensure data integrity and alignment with business objectives.
- Automate reporting processes using tools like Excel, Power BI, or SQL to enhance accuracy and reduce manual effort.
- Conduct market and supplier benchmarking to support strategic sourcing and negotiation activities.
- Monitor inventory levels, lead times, and procurement cycles to mitigate risks and optimize supply chain performance.
- Prepare ad-hoc analyses and presentations for senior management to inform data-driven decisions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, Finance, Supply Chain, Economics, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in procurement, data analysis, or reporting, preferably in a BPO or multinational environment.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) or procurement software is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills to liaise with global teams.
- Detail-oriented with a problem-solving mindset and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); knowledge of Indonesian is a bonus.
