Responsibility
- Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting for end-users, resolving issues efficiently.
- Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with senior engineers to deploy and upgrade IT infrastructure, including servers, routers, and cloud services.
- Maintain accurate documentation of IT processes, configurations, and inventory.
- Assist in cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability assessments and access control management.
- Support the rollout of new technologies and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
- Participate in on-call rotations for after-hours support and emergency response.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in IT support, system administration, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong technical skills are encouraged to apply).
- Proficiency in Windows/Linux operating systems, networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP), and basic scripting (Python, Bash).
- Hands-on experience with hardware troubleshooting, software installation, and network configurations.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.
