Responsibility

  • Provide first-level technical support to end-users via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues efficiently
  • Install, configure, and maintain workstations, laptops, and peripherals
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls
  • Document all support requests and resolutions in the ticketing system
  • Escalate complex issues to higher-tier support teams when necessary
  • Assist in the deployment of new IT systems and updates
  • Maintain inventory of IT assets and equipment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or helpdesk roles
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS operating systems and Microsoft Office 365
  • Experience with Active Directory, TCP/IP, and basic networking concepts
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • ITIL or CompTIA A+ certification is a plus
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken)
