Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for IT initiatives, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders, vendors, and team members.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including timelines, risk assessments, and resource allocation plans.
- Implement Agile/Scrum methodologies to optimize workflows, improve efficiency, and adapt to evolving business needs.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams (developers, designers, QA) to foster a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Monitor project KPIs, identify bottlenecks, and proactively mitigate risks to ensure smooth execution.
- Act as the primary liaison between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex requirements into actionable plans.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating project outcomes and implementing best practices for future initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of delivering large-scale digital solutions.
- Strong proficiency in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies, with hands-on experience using tools like Jira, Trello, or Asana.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business teams.
- Deep understanding of software development lifecycles (SDLC), cloud technologies, and modern IT infrastructure.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience in budgeting, resource planning, and vendor management for IT projects.
- Fluency in English; familiarity with Indonesian or Filipino languages is advantageous.
