Responsibility
- Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot calculation applications to ensure accuracy, reliability, and uptime.
- Investigate and resolve technical issues related to application performance, data integrity, and system errors.
- Collaborate with development teams to implement fixes, updates, and enhancements for calculation modules.
- Document technical processes, incident reports, and resolution steps for knowledge sharing.
- Conduct regular system audits to identify inefficiencies or potential risks in calculation workflows.
- Provide Level 2/3 support for end-users, including root cause analysis and long-term solutions.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new calculation tools or system upgrades.
- Ensure compliance with data security protocols and industry standards (e.g., GDPR, ISO).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in application support, IT operations, or a similar technical role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, or Java for troubleshooting and scripting.
- Experience with financial/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) or custom calculation applications is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for cross-team collaboration.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and ITIL frameworks is advantageous.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
