Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT governance frameworks aligned with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, NIST).
- Conduct risk assessments and audits to identify vulnerabilities in IT systems and processes.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., MAS, SEC, GDPR) and internal policies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate risk management into technology projects and operations.
- Monitor and report on compliance metrics, incidents, and remediation efforts.
- Provide guidance on data protection and cybersecurity best practices.
- Support the development of business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
- Stay updated on emerging regulatory changes and industry trends affecting IT governance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, or related fields; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISA, CISM, CISSP, CRISC) are a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT governance, risk management, or compliance within financial services or fintech.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, PCI-DSS, SOX) and IT control standards.
- Experience with audit methodologies and risk assessment tools.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Familiarity with cloud security and third-party risk management.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment with a proactive mindset.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
