Responsibility
- Develop, implement, and maintain IT Governance frameworks in alignment with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, COBIT, ITIL).
- Design and execute IT Continuity and Disaster Recovery Plans to ensure business resilience.
- Lead Transition Management initiatives for seamless IT service migrations and integrations.
- Conduct risk assessments and gap analyses to identify vulnerabilities in IT processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enforce compliance policies and audit requirements.
- Monitor and report on IT governance KPIs to senior management and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement in IT service delivery and operational efficiency.
- Provide training and awareness programs on IT governance best practices for staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fields; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in IT Governance, Risk Management, or Business Continuity.
- Certifications such as CISA, CISM, ISO 27001 Lead Auditor, or ITIL v4 are highly advantageous.
- Proven track record in developing IT policies, procedures, and compliance frameworks.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, PDPA) and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Fluency in English (written and verbal); proficiency in Indonesian is a bonus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site presence in Bali.
