Responsibility

  • Provide day-to-day support for all IT systems, including hardware, software, and network infrastructure across multiple hotel locations in Bali.
  • Manage and maintain business systems, office applications, and telephony solutions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to computers, printers, POS systems, and other hotel technology.
  • Collaborate with vendors and third-party service providers to implement and upgrade IT solutions.
  • Monitor and ensure the security of hotel networks, including firewalls, antivirus software, and data protection protocols.
  • Assist in the setup and configuration of IT equipment for new staff, events, and guest services.
  • Document IT processes, procedures, and incident reports to maintain operational efficiency.
  • Train and support hotel staff on the use of IT systems and best practices for technology utilization.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support, preferably in the hospitality or service industry.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues.
  • Experience with Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with hotel management systems (PMS), POS systems, and telephony solutions is a plus.
  • Strong understanding of network security principles and best practices.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, etc.) are advantageous.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
