Responsibility
- Manage and coordinate the daily schedules, meetings, and appointments of IT leadership, ensuring optimal time management and prioritization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, handling communications with professionalism and discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence for IT executives, ensuring accuracy and clarity.
- Organize and facilitate IT-related meetings, including preparing agendas, taking minutes, and following up on action items.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including flights, accommodations, and itineraries for IT leadership.
- Maintain and update IT department records, databases, and filing systems for easy retrieval and compliance.
- Assist in the planning and execution of IT projects, events, and initiatives, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Liaise with other departments to streamline cross-functional processes and improve collaboration.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as an Executive Assistant, Administrative Assistant, or similar role, preferably in an IT or tech-driven environment.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with a professional and polished demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Trello).
- High level of discretion and confidentiality, with experience handling sensitive information.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and proactively solve problems.
- Familiarity with IT terminology and processes is a plus.
