Responsibility
- Conduct outbound calls and emails to prospective clients to promote ERP and IT solutions.
- Identify and qualify leads through market research and customer engagement.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for client acquisition and retention.
- Provide product demonstrations and explain technical features to non-technical audiences.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM systems.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in preparing sales reports and analyzing performance metrics.
- Support marketing campaigns by providing insights from customer interactions.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related fields.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Basic understanding of ERP systems, IT solutions, or sales processes is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Self-motivated with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior experience in BPO, sales, or customer service is advantageous.
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a bonus.
