Responsibility
- Strategic IT Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive IT infrastructure strategy aligned with organizational goals, ensuring scalability, security, and cost-efficiency.
- Cloud & Enterprise Systems Management: Oversee the deployment, integration, and optimization of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and enterprise applications (ERP, CRM, etc.).
- Infrastructure Modernization: Lead the migration and consolidation of on-premise systems to hybrid or multi-cloud environments.
- Cybersecurity & Compliance: Implement robust security protocols, disaster recovery plans, and compliance frameworks (ISO 27001, GDPR, etc.) to safeguard data and systems.
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Manage and mentor a high-performing IT team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
- Vendor & Stakeholder Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless IT service delivery.
- Performance Monitoring: Establish KPIs and metrics to track system performance, uptime, and user satisfaction, driving data-driven improvements.
- Budget & Resource Allocation: Optimize IT budgets, ensuring cost-effective procurement of hardware, software, and services.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterâs degree or certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Certified, CISSP, ITIL, PMP) are a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 8+ years in IT infrastructure management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role overseeing enterprise systems and cloud solutions.
- Technical Expertise: Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), virtualization, networking, and cybersecurity tools.
- Enterprise Applications: Proficiency in managing ERP, CRM, or other enterprise-grade software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Salesforce).
- Project Management: Proven ability to lead large-scale IT projects, from planning to execution, using Agile, DevOps, or ITIL methodologies.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and business needs.
- Compliance Knowledge: Familiarity with data protection regulations, industry standards, and best practices for IT governance.
- Language: Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
