Responsibility
- Design and architect end-to-end Salesforce solutions aligned with business requirements and best practices.
- Lead technical discovery sessions to identify client needs and propose scalable, future-proof architectures.
- Develop and document technical specifications, data models, and integration strategies for Salesforce implementations.
- Collaborate with developers, administrators, and stakeholders to ensure seamless execution and delivery.
- Optimize Salesforce performance, security, and governance frameworks to meet compliance and scalability standards.
- Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on Salesforce best practices and emerging technologies.
- Stay ahead of Salesforce platform updates, certifications, and industry trends to drive innovation.
- Act as a subject-matter expert during client workshops, demos, and troubleshooting sessions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or Technical Lead.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Certified System Architect, Application Architect, or Technical Architect) highly preferred.
- Proven expertise in Salesforce clouds (Sales, Service, Marketing, CPQ, Community, etc.) and Lightning Platform.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce integration patterns (REST/SOAP APIs, MuleSoft, Heroku, etc.) and data migration tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, version control).
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
