Responsibility
- Manage, maintain, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support to end-users, resolving IT-related issues promptly and efficiently.
- Implement and monitor cybersecurity measures to protect company data and systems from threats.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and upgrading of IT infrastructure, including servers, workstations, and peripherals.
- Collaborate with internal teams to assess IT needs and recommend solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain IT documentation, including system configurations, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor system performance and capacity, proactively addressing potential issues before they escalate.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in IT support, system administration, or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Experience with cybersecurity best practices, including firewall management, antivirus software, and data protection.
- Familiarity with cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure) and virtualization technologies is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are advantageous.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
