Responsibility
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of company assets, including procurement, tracking, maintenance, and disposal.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve efficiency and compliance.
- Lead cross-functional teams to ensure alignment between asset management and business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for process improvement.
- Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure accurate asset inventory and financial reporting.
- Drive automation initiatives to streamline asset tracking and operational workflows.
- Resolve escalated operational issues and provide strategic recommendations to senior leadership.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal audit requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, IT, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in operations management, asset coordination, or logistics.
- Proven track record in process optimization and workflow automation.
- Strong proficiency in asset management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with ITIL, ISO standards, or Six Sigma is a plus.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with occasional on-site requirements in Bali.
