In this role, you will provide remote and on-site IT support, ensuring seamless desktop and system operations for our clients. You’ll troubleshoot technical issues, deploy software, and maintain hardware to keep business operations running smoothly. Responsibility

  • Provide remote and on-site technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
  • Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues efficiently.
  • Deploy, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security patches.
  • Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls in Active Directory and other systems.
  • Monitor system performance and proactively address potential IT issues before they escalate.
  • Assist in IT infrastructure projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new deployments.
  • Document all support cases, solutions, and procedures for knowledge base maintenance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance IT service delivery and user experience.

Qualifications

  • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in desktop support, IT helpdesk, or system administration.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office Suite, and enterprise software.
  • Experience with Active Directory, Group Policy, and remote support tools (e.g., TeamViewer, AnyDesk).
  • Familiarity with networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights, weekends, or holidays as required.
  • Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or ITIL are a plus.
