Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the data centre, ensuring high availability, security, and performance.
- Manage and mentor a team of technical staff, including engineers and support personnel.
- Implement and maintain data centre policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor and optimize infrastructure, including servers, networking, and cooling systems.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for maintenance, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Develop and execute disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
- Assist in budgeting, procurement, and resource allocation for data centre operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data centre management or a similar technical role.
- Strong knowledge of data centre infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking.
- Certifications such as CDCP, CDCS, or ITIL are highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with industry standards (e.g., ISO 27001, Uptime Institute).
- Ability to work under pressure and manage critical incidents effectively.
- Willingness to relocate to Bali and adapt to a multicultural work environment.
