Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud systems.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure optimal uptime for critical operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support IT-related projects and initiatives.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to safeguard company data.
- Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance efficiency and productivity.
- Assist in disaster recovery planning and execution to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Document IT processes, configurations, and procedures for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience as an IT Engineer, Systems Administrator, or Network Engineer (2+ years preferred).
- Proficiency in networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN), server management (Windows/Linux), and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Hands-on experience with virtualization (VMware, Hyper-V), cybersecurity, and IT automation tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, CCNA, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
- Familiarity with semiconductor or manufacturing IT environments is advantageous.
