Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for desktop, laptop, and peripheral devices.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues efficiently.
- Install, configure, and maintain operating systems, applications, and security patches.
- Assist users with account setup, password resets, and access permissions.
- Perform preventative maintenance and system updates to ensure optimal performance.
- Document all support requests, solutions, and follow-up actions in the ticketing system.
- Collaborate with the IT team to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Deliver exceptional customer service with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Qualifications
- Proven experience (1-3 years) in desktop support, helpdesk, or IT technician roles.
- Strong knowledge of Windows/macOS, Microsoft Office 365, and basic networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Familiarity with ticketing systems (e.g., ServiceNow, Zendesk, ConnectWise).
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills (fluent English required).
- Ability to work independently and in a team under minimal supervision.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Desktop Support Technician (MCDST), or equivalent are a plus.
- Willingness to travel to client sites within Bali as needed.
