Responsibility
- Design, develop, and implement HR workflows and solutions on the ServiceNow HRSD platform.
- Collaborate with HR stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including Employee Service Center, Case Management, and Document Management.
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party HR systems and APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, ensuring optimal performance and user satisfaction.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, including process flows and configuration guides.
- Stay updated with ServiceNow best practices and new features to drive continuous improvement.
- Provide training and support to end-users and HR teams on ServiceNow functionalities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer, with a focus on HRSD modules.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS-HR) preferred.
- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and ServiceNow scripting (Glide, Business Rules, UI Policies).li>
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and web services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills to interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
