Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
- Escalate complex technical problems to higher-level support teams when necessary.
- Document all customer interactions and solutions in the ticketing system.
- Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are fully resolved.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Collaborate with team members to improve support processes and procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and industry trends.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support or service desk role.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and networking principles.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, ITIL, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
- Fluency in English is required.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
