Responsibility
- AI Roadmap Ownership: Develop and execute comprehensive AI adoption roadmaps for enterprise clients, aligning product capabilities with business objectives.
- Strategic Consulting: Advise customers on best practices for integrating AI into their workflows to drive efficiency, scalability, and ROI.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure seamless delivery of AI solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement.
- Performance Metrics: Define and track KPIs to measure the impact of AI implementations, providing actionable insights to customers.
- Training & Enablement: Design and deliver training programs to empower customers with the knowledge to leverage AI tools effectively.
- Proactive Risk Management: Identify potential adoption barriers and develop mitigation strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
- Market Insights: Stay ahead of AI and customer success trends to position Zopim as a thought leader in the space.
- Customer Advocacy: Serve as the voice of the customer internally, advocating for product enhancements based on real-world use cases.
Qualifications
- Proven Experience: 5+ years in customer success, consulting, or strategic account management, with a focus on AI/tech solutions.
- AI & SaaS Expertise: Deep understanding of AI applications in business (e.g., chatbots, predictive analytics, automation) and SaaS platforms.
- Strategic Mindset: Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable business strategies for non-technical stakeholders.
- Data-Driven Decision Making: Proficiency in analyzing customer data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
- Exceptional Communication: Strong presentation, negotiation, and storytelling skills to influence key decision-makers.
- Project Management: Experience managing cross-functional projects with agile methodologies.
- Bachelorâs Degree: In Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
