Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end data centre project lifecycle management, from planning to deployment, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and maintain PMO frameworks, methodologies, and best practices to standardize project governance across the organization.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, engineering, finance) to align project deliverables with strategic business goals.
- Monitor project KPIs, risks, and dependencies, implementing proactive mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions.
- Oversee vendor and stakeholder management, fostering strong relationships to ensure project success.
- Prepare and present executive-level reports on project status, ROI, and resource utilization.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying process gaps and recommending scalable solutions.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards (e.g., ITIL, PMP) and regulatory requirements for data centre operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related fields; Master’s or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in PMO or project management, with at least 3 years specializing in data centre projects.
- Proven track record of managing large-scale IT infrastructure projects (budgets >$1M) in enterprise environments.
- Strong proficiency in project management tools (e.g., JIRA, MS Project, Asana) and methodologies (Agile, Waterfall).
- Excellent stakeholder communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence senior leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of data centre architectures, cloud migration, and cybersecurity principles.
- Analytical mindset with expertise in risk assessment, financial forecasting, and resource optimization.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are advantageous.
