Responsibility
- Oversee the design, implementation, and maintenance of the schoolâs IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud-based systems.
- Ensure robust cybersecurity measures are in place to protect sensitive data and comply with international education standards.
- Manage and troubleshoot hardware and software systems, including laptops, tablets, projectors, and educational software.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative teams to integrate technology into curriculum delivery and school operations.
- Provide technical support and training to staff and students, fostering a culture of digital literacy and innovation.
- Monitor system performance, conduct regular audits, and implement upgrades to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and operational excellence.
- Lead IT-related projects, such as the deployment of new systems or the migration to cloud-based solutions, from planning to execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably in an educational or corporate setting.
- Proven expertise in network administration, cybersecurity, and cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, firewalls, VPNs, and endpoint security solutions.
- Experience with IT support, troubleshooting, and system optimization in a multi-user environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to train and assist non-technical users.
- Certifications such as CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage projects under tight deadlines.
