Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to promote ICT, security, and cloud-based solutions (e.g., AWS, VB) to enterprise clients in Bali and across Indonesia.
- Identify and engage potential clients through market research, networking, and targeted outreach to expand the customer base.
- Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs, propose tailored solutions, and demonstrate ROI for cloud and security investments.
- Collaborate with technical teams to customize proposals, address client concerns, and ensure seamless solution deployment.
- Achieve and exceed quarterly sales targets by managing the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract closure.
- Stay updated on emerging trends in ICT, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (e.g., SaaS, IaaS, zero-trust frameworks) to position solutions competitively.
- Build and maintain long-term client relationships through post-sales support, upselling, and regular check-ins.
- Prepare and present reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management to inform business decisions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or a related field; equivalent experience in tech sales is acceptable.
- Proven 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in ICT, cloud services (AWS/Azure), or cybersecurity solutions.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing models (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS) and security protocols (e.g., firewalls, encryption, VB).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Ability to interpret technical requirements and translate them into business value for non-technical stakeholders.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and a track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales analytics.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events in Indonesia.
