Responsibility
- Lead end-to-end project management for data centre infrastructure projects, from planning to delivery.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including IT, engineering, and operations, to ensure project milestones are met.
- Develop and maintain project plans, budgets, and timelines to ensure efficient execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies to ensure timely delivery.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage vendor and contractor relationships to ensure quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Conduct regular project reviews and provide updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in data centre or IT infrastructure projects.
- Strong knowledge of data centre technologies, including networking, storage, and virtualization.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and guide cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2).
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Certifications such as PMP, ITIL, or relevant data centre certifications are a plus.
