Responsibility
- Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.
- Provide timely technical support and troubleshooting to employees across all departments.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality.
- Deploy, configure, and upgrade IT systems and applications as needed.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and best practices to safeguard company data.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess technology needs and recommend improvements.
- Conduct regular backups and disaster recovery planning to minimize downtime and data loss.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation within the organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in an IT support or system administration role.
- Strong knowledge of network configurations, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux), and troubleshooting methodologies.
- Experience with IT infrastructure management, including servers, firewalls, and cloud services.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in English with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified IT Professional (MCITP) are a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a customer-centric approach.
