Responsibility
- Manage and maintain IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, and network systems to ensure optimal performance.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for employees, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
- Coordinate with vendors and service providers for IT-related procurement, maintenance, and upgrades.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance security and efficiency.
- Assist in the deployment and configuration of new software, applications, and systems.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and recommend solutions for improvement.
- Conduct regular backups and ensure data integrity and disaster recovery protocols are in place.
- Train end-users on new technologies and software to maximize productivity and adoption.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, systems administration, or a similar role (1-3 years preferred).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems, networking, and hardware troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with SQL databases and basic scripting (Visual Basic is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
