As part of our team, you’ll work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to identify KPIs, develop dashboards, and recommend data-backed solutions that align with business objectives. Responsibility
- Collect, clean, and analyze marketing and sales data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) to track KPIs such as lead conversion, ROI, and customer acquisition costs.
- Automate reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data accuracy for stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to A/B test campaigns, measure performance, and provide actionable recommendations.
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends to inform strategic adjustments in pricing, promotions, and targeting.
- Design and implement data models to segment audiences and personalize marketing efforts.
- Present insights in clear, visually compelling formats to non-technical teams, including executives.
- Continuously refine data collection methods and tools to enhance efficiency and scalability.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or marketing analytics (real estate or property sector is a plus).
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets (advanced functions, pivot tables), and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or Looker).
- Experience with Python or R for data manipulation and statistical analysis is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, etc.) and sales funnels.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings into business recommendations.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation tools is a bonus.
