Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth business process analysis to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for IT-driven improvements.
- Gather, document, and prioritize stakeholder requirements for software, systems, and digital solutions.
- Collaborate with development teams to design technical specifications and user stories for new features or integrations.
- Evaluate and recommend third-party software or tools to meet business objectives, ensuring cost-effectiveness and scalability.
- Lead UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and validate solutions against business needs before deployment.
- Create and maintain process flow diagrams, wireframes, and technical documentation for internal and client use.
- Monitor post-implementation performance and provide data-driven insights for continuous improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, gap analysis, and process modeling (e.g., BPMN, UML).
- Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Confluence.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for non-technical audiences.
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or cloud-based solutions (e.g., Salesforce, SAP, AWS) is a plus.
- Certifications such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or ITIL are highly advantageous.
