Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth analysis of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and opportunities for improvement.
- Gather, document, and prioritize business requirements from stakeholders, translating them into clear technical specifications.
- Collaborate with IT teams, developers, and vendors to design and implement scalable solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Develop and maintain process flow diagrams, use cases, and other documentation to support system enhancements.
- Evaluate and recommend software, tools, and technologies to optimize business operations and user experience.
- Facilitate workshops, meetings, and training sessions to ensure smooth adoption of new systems and processes.
- Monitor and report on the performance of implemented solutions, identifying areas for further optimization.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in business analysis and IT solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or similar role in IT or BPO industries.
- Proven expertise in requirements gathering, process modeling, and system analysis (e.g., UML, BPMN).
- Strong proficiency in tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Visio, or Lucidchart for documentation and collaboration.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a detail-oriented approach.
- Familiarity with SQL, ERP/CRM systems, or software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Open to hybrid work arrangements with occasional on-site requirements in Bali.
