Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain BI dashboards and reports using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and insights.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver actionable insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across all BI solutions.
- Automate data processes and workflows to improve efficiency and scalability.
- Monitor and optimize BI performance, troubleshooting issues as they arise.
- Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies in data analytics and BI.
- Support data governance initiatives and compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in data analysis, BI development, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik Sense.
- Strong SQL skills and experience with databases (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle, MySQL).
- Familiarity with data visualization best practices and storytelling techniques.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing is a plus.
