Responsibility
- Lead and manage IT operations teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and SLAs.
- Oversee the maintenance, optimization, and scalability of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and cloud services.
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices to enhance efficiency and security.
- Monitor system performance, identify bottlenecks, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess IT needs, recommend solutions, and manage vendor relationships.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, data protection regulations, and cybersecurity protocols.
- Provide leadership in incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity planning.
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT operations management, with a strong background in infrastructure and team leadership.
- In-depth knowledge of ITIL, DevOps, cloud computing (AWS/Azure), and cybersecurity frameworks.
- Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, vendor contracts, and IT projects from inception to completion.
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills in high-pressure environments.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as ITIL, PMP, or CISSP are highly desirable.
- Experience working in a remote or hybrid environment is an advantage.
