Responsibility
- Lead the strategy and execution of developer experience initiatives, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient developer platforms and tools.
- Collaborate with engineering, security, and product teams to streamline development workflows.
- Champion DevSecOps practices, integrating security into every phase of the development lifecycle.
- Mentor and guide development teams to adopt best practices in coding, testing, and deployment.
- Drive automation and CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery.
- Monitor and optimize developer productivity metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the engineering organization.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in DevSecOps, security engineering, or platform engineering leadership roles.
- Strong background in cloud technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Expertise in CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (IaC), and automation tools.
- Deep understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders.
