Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade applications, from concept to deployment.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance software solutions aligned with business goals.
- Mentor and guide a team of developers, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define technical specifications, and prioritize development tasks.
- Ensure code quality through rigorous testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust monitoring and logging systems.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends to drive technical excellence.
- Manage project timelines, resources, and deliverables to meet business objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in software development, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proficiency in Java, .NET, Python, or similar programming languages and modern frameworks.
- Strong expertise in database design, API development, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Proven ability to lead teams, manage projects, and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial services industry is a plus.
