Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for banking applications, with a focus on Avaloq and Private Banking systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system enhancements and process improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired business outcomes.
- Support system testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure seamless implementation.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends in banking technology and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorβs degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong expertise in Avaloq or similar core banking systems.
- Proven experience in Private Banking or wealth management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Certification in Avaloq or related banking technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
