In this role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring seamless integration of banking applications. Your expertise in Avaloq will be pivotal in optimizing private banking operations and enhancing client experiences.
This is a contract-based opportunity offering a competitive salary of RM 10,000 – RM 15,000 per month, along with the chance to work in a collaborative, innovative environment.

Responsibility
- Analyze and document business requirements for banking applications, with a focus on Avaloq and Private Banking systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define system enhancements and process improvements.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for development teams.
- Conduct gap analysis between existing systems and desired business outcomes.
- Support system testing, UAT, and deployment to ensure seamless implementation.
- Provide training and guidance to end-users on new system functionalities.
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimizations for efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends in banking technology and regulatory compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Finance, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or financial services.
- Strong expertise in Avaloq or similar core banking systems.
- Proven experience in Private Banking or wealth management systems.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Certification in Avaloq or related banking technologies is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote or hybrid setting.
