Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable full-stack applications using modern frameworks and best practices.
- Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Architect and optimize backend services, APIs, and databases for performance, security, and reliability.
- Develop and maintain responsive, user-centric frontend interfaces using React, Angular, or Vue.js.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices to streamline development workflows.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, evaluating and integrating new technologies to enhance the tech stack.
- Ensure code quality through peer reviews, documentation, and adherence to coding standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong portfolio of delivered projects.
- Proficiency in frontend technologies (JavaScript, TypeScript, React/Angular/Vue) and backend frameworks (Node.js, Django, Spring Boot, etc.).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL and NoSQL), RESTful APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to debug complex technical issues across the stack.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with experience mentoring or leading development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus.
