Responsibility
- Lead the development and maintenance of frontend, backend, and REST API applications to support trading workflows and client-facing systems.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and optimization of IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and deliver solutions that align with business objectives.
- Manage a team of developers, providing mentorship, guidance, and performance feedback to foster professional growth.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and best practices in software development and IT operations.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in IT management, with a strong background in software development, system architecture, and project management.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript, and frameworks like React, Angular, or Node.js.
