Responsibility
- Oversee daily IT operations, including network administration, hardware/software maintenance, and helpdesk support.
- Lead the implementation, configuration, and upgrading of IT systems, servers, and enterprise applications.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, security protocols, and compliance standards to safeguard company data and assets.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to assess technology needs and recommend scalable, cost-effective solutions.
- Manage vendor relationships for IT services, software licensing, and hardware procurement.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure minimal downtime for critical business functions.
- Train and mentor junior IT staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence.
- Support digital transformation initiatives, including cloud migration, automation, and IoT integration for industrial applications.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in IT management, system administration, or a senior technical role.
- Proven expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, and enterprise software (e.g., ERP, CRM).
- Strong knowledge of Windows/Linux servers, virtualization, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure).
- Certifications such as ITIL, CCNA, CISSP, or Microsoft/AWS certifications are highly advantageous.
- Excellent problem-solving, project management, and communication skills.
- Experience in industrial IT environments or manufacturing sectors is a significant plus.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to evolving technological demands.
