Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, peripherals, and mobile devices
- Assist in setting up and troubleshooting network connections and VPN access
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses
- Create and update technical documentation and user guides
- Support video conferencing and collaboration tools for remote teams
- Assist with cybersecurity measures and data protection protocols
- Coordinate with external vendors for IT-related services and repairs
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
- Minimum 1 year of experience in IT support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN)
- Experience with Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace administration
- Basic understanding of cybersecurity best practices
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Strong communication skills in English (written and verbal)
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
