Responsibility
- Provide first-level technical support to employees, resolving hardware, software, and network issues promptly.
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, printers, and other IT equipment.
- Monitor and maintain network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and security.
- Assist in the setup and management of user accounts, permissions, and access controls.
- Conduct regular system backups and ensure data integrity and recovery procedures are in place.
- Collaborate with external vendors and service providers for IT-related services and repairs.
- Document IT processes, troubleshooting steps, and solutions for future reference.
- Stay updated with the latest IT trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and system maintenance.
- Strong knowledge of Windows and macOS operating systems, as well as common software applications.
- Familiarity with network protocols, TCP/IP, and basic cybersecurity practices.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Good communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, or Microsoft Certified Professional are a plus.
