Responsibility
- Design, configure, and implement SAP SD modules in alignment with client business requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate SAP SD with other modules like FI, MM, and CO for end-to-end process optimization.
- Conduct gap analysis and provide expert recommendations to enhance sales, distribution, and logistics workflows.
- Develop and execute test scenarios, user acceptance testing (UAT), and go-live support for SAP SD implementations.
- Train end-users and create comprehensive documentation (e.g., process flows, user manuals) to ensure smooth adoption.
- Troubleshoot and resolve SAP SD-related issues, including master data management, pricing procedures, and output determination.
- Support SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, ensuring minimal disruption and maximum efficiency gains.
- Stay updated with the latest SAP SD trends and innovations to drive continuous improvement for clients.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP SD Consultant, with expertise in SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA.
- Proven track record of full-cycle SAP SD implementations, including blueprinting, configuration, and support.
- Strong knowledge of sales order processing, shipping, billing, and pricing in SAP SD.
- Experience with SAP integration (e.g., FI, MM, CO) and custom reports (ABAP knowledge is a plus).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Fluent in English with exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
- SAP SD certification (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) is highly advantageous.
