Responsibility
- Analyze, design, and develop scalable high-volume application systems to meet business and technical requirements.
- Perform troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis for system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (developers, QA, and product managers) to deliver seamless software solutions.
- Optimize application performance through code reviews, load testing, and system tuning.
- Maintain and enhance existing systems, including patches, updates, and security hardening.
- Document technical specifications, system architectures, and operational procedures.
- Monitor system health, proactively identify risks, and implement preventive measures.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry best practices to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in application development, system design, or IT engineering.
- Proficiency in programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, C#, or JavaScript) and frameworks.
- Strong understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL) and API integrations.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and DevOps practices (CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills with a focus on high-availability systems.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and version control tools (Git).
- Strong communication skills in English and ability to work in a collaborative environment.
